Actually even before the tender was awarded, we have notice machines at the site and clearing away the trees. It’s a good sign and also a sign for Gabbie and I to be more cautious with our plans.
Anyways, the tender reflected on HDB’s website.

There were lots and lots and lots of papers and copies to sign. So many terms and conditions to know. Never knew getting a home would come with so many procedures.
On the other hand, this gonna mark another phase of our journey and there’s gonna be much more planning to do soon.

Signing of Agreement date arrived!!

Received a good news on New Year’s Day….which is the date of the signing of the lease agreement….waited so long for it.
Ironically, means giving a hugh Hong Bao to HDB….hahah…
Date is given on 15 Jan 2009 at 4.10pm…..but we changed the appointment date to 16 Jan 2009 at 9.10am….so we could spend the Friday together.
Maybe meeting up with some future Sapphirians for dinner that day!!

1 Sapphirian have updated that he received the date for signing of lease….guess ours will come later coz our selection date was much later than his and gotta wait for AHG to be approved first…..argh!!
What’s more!?!?!…..Punggol Sapphire for tender’s date got moved back to Dec.
So, everything is waiting waiting waiting and more waiting.
