The tender for C18 ( Blks 267/268 ) closed today. There was 10 contractors who tendered….but i guess HDB is still waiting for C17 (Blks 269/270) to closed before awarding the contractors. Happy New Year everyone!! Received a good news on New Year’s Day….which is the date of the signing of the lease agreement….waited so long for it. Ironically, means giving a hugh Hong Bao to HDB….hahah… Date is given on 15 Jan 2009 at 4.10pm…..but we changed the appointment date to 16 Jan 2009 at 9.10am….so [...]
