Finally the C18 have been awarded!! – 17 Feb 2009 Actually even before the tender was awarded, we have notice machines at the site and clearing away the trees. It’s a good sign and also a sign for Gabbie and I to be more cautious with our plans. Anyways, the tender reflected on HDB’s website. [...]
